Springtime In Hudson's Hope

The Hudson's Hope Thrashers just won first place
The whole town has a big smile on it's face
And I'm walking my dog where the crocuses are in bloom.

I'm going to plant a little garden and eat some fruit
And if the deer come by you know I'm gonna shoot
Get out of that garden! That food's for me.

Springtime in Hudson's Hope
Boys and Girls are skipping rope
And Mom's making apple pie.
Mom's making blueberry pie.

Blossoms on the tree are pink and white
The nightime turns to long daylight
And soon we'll be swimming in Dinosaur Lake.

The rain comes out to wash away the snow
The sun comes out with a big rainbow
And soon we'll be boating on Williston Lake.
